MONIQUE MCWILLIAMS, ESQ.

Monique McWilliams, Esq., is a strategic, systems-oriented executive with more than 20 years at the intersection of human resources, culture, and legal compliance. She has guided Fortune 500 organizations to embed ethics, human centered leadership principles, inclusion, and accountability, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Throughout her distinguished career, Monique has built deep expertise in highly regulated industries such as healthcare—an area she remains deeply passionate about. Her diverse background and breadth of experience, however, extend seamlessly across all sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Belonging and Inclusion at UnitedHealth Group and previously held roles at Eli Lilly and Company as Chief Diversity Officer and Associate Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for Human Resources Legal. In these roles, she partnered with HR and business leaders to reshape the People Strategy and significantly enhance employee engagement.
