The Company uses your Personally Identifiable Information for the purposes for which it was submitted by you to the Company, such as responding to inquires for information regarding the Company’s services.  We also send periodic newsletters and request for feedback and therefore may use your email address for those purposes.  If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future information, we include detailed unsubscribing instructions on the bottom of each email.  Additionally, the Company may be legally obligated to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, and you hereby authorize the Company to make such disclosures as permitted by applicable law.

3. Effective Date and Modifications

This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 18, 2025.  From time to time, the Company may modify this Privacy Policy and such modifications will be automatically effective ten days after they are initially posted on the Company Web site.
